Breakfast -> There was no complimentary breakfast or coffee in the lobby, there was a coffee maker in the rooms, but no teas etc. For a hotel this caliber and at 300.00+ a night, breakfast was a-la-carte and coffee was starbucks for purchase. Every a Holiday Inn has complimentary breakfast and all night coffee to offer. Airport shuttle -> complimentary was very convenient.

We arrived earlier than expected due to travel restrictions that were beyond our budget, and the receptionist kindly assisted us with an early check-in at no additional cost. She took the time to explain the benefits of becoming a member and was incredibly friendly and professional. The manager was equally welcoming and helpful. Even though the staff was very busy, they patiently answered all of our questions and made us feel valued as guests. The entire experience was excellent—from the outstanding customer service to the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. If I return in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

That view!! Excellent. The breakfast could’ve been better, just not much of a choice. I thought we were going to get a buffet style breakfast. The shower door wouldn’t close all the ay, but the floor didn’t get wet. I think all bathrooms should have an exhaust fan and a scrub brush. Other than those things I had a great stay and will stay there again.

Staff was very helpful in explaining where to park the rental and took interest in my family being first timers to the area and made several suggestions on things to do and places to go eat. Room was comfortable and bed was as well. Had breakfast two days at the bistro and while it was not cheap, it was good.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, no concerns. The staff was very pleasant, the food was good, everything was very nice and modern looking which all made for an enjoyable stay. The parking fee however is pretty terrible. We stayed for 2 nights and were charged for 3 FULL days of parking which hurts considering check-in is after 3 pm the first day and check out is at noon on the last day. This ends up being an extra $140 charge as it sits now so budget accordingly. Try to find parking elsewhere if possible. If you plan on ubering/using other transportation, this is otherwise a great stay.
