Room was comfortable, older but clean. Sink was an issue did not drain well, and no hest or air condition, breakfast is a deal but needs to be different every other day or so, staying longer than 3 days breakfast sucks eating the same thing. I was 5 day stay and will not do again, hotel is rough condition all around staff was great

The front desk staff went above and beyond to always help me, the maids never bothered us but were always ready to exchange linens or bath towels if needed. The maintenance man was also willing to help when ever he was needed. All these employees had axcellent customer service with a smile.... .did i mention the one in a million amazing breakfast........ thank you guys for everything.

Fire front desk woman

The woman at the front desk was out of her mind and caused a scene that lasted 30 minutes. She should be fired. She lied and said she was giving us a nice room but the room had holes in the walls, bite marks on the wood in the room and a tub with peeling paint. A disgrace. The breakfast woman was the highlight of the stay. She was wonderful.

The bathrooms needed to be updated but the room was neat and clean. Had a dedicated closet for my clothes Very convenient for my business trip- near major arteries to get anywhere. Close to airport and staff was very nice and helpful assisted me ti book another night in the same room.

It is an ok place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable, and the hot breakfast was good. The property is just sort of run-down looking. We were told they were going through a management change. I went out into the hall near our room, and immediately smelled skunk (pretty sure it was weed), coming from another room nearby. If possible to find a room at about the same price somewhere else, I would probably go with another place.

We stayed 7 days and the room was cleaned once even though we asked everyday. We ate the same breakfast every morning (no variety) and no cranberry juice provided even though offered. The 2 clothes washers were out of order even though advertised as having an active laundry room. Something nice, the hotel is located 5 minutes from a large mall that had plenty of restaurants around it to choose from.

Really great! This is an older building so there are a few areas that could use touch up paint but look beyond that! The staff is friendly and the service is great! The breakfast is wonderful and the beds are awesome. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff at the Renton Clarion is absolutely wonderful. My stay was welcoming, I felt like I was at home. Renton Clarion breakfast time is superb. Our breakfast meal is prepared fresh and made by one individual staff. I definitely will continue to visit and stay at the Renton Clarion

This site is under a renovation, which is the main reason for my overall rating. After its complete, please consider this. With that being said, the staff were doing anything they could to make it a comfortable stay in the meantime. There wasn’t a single staff member I experienced that wasn’t trying everything they could to make the current situation the best for their guests.

We arrived after 8pm to find the room not ready, An hour later we got in the room. The remote was not working and the staff did not answer the phone to get it taken care of. Windows at the end of the Hall standing open felt unsafe. The bathtub was delaminating so can not be cleaned thoroughly. The AM staff was surely. The grounds were untended. Too much money for the quality of the facility.
