This place is really great for solo travelers. It was in a safe location and walking distance to many activities. The staff was great and very friendly. The next time I come to Seattle I’m staying here again. :)

The design of the rooms and the decor in the hotel was really cool. The staff were super kind and I love that they’re willing to hold your luggage before check-in and even after check-out. Perfect location.

Great location, few minutes walk from pioneer station, the hotel is right by the waterfront, 20 minutes walk to pike place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The room is small if you have large suitcases but was clean, organized and the bed comfortable (king size).

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff is amazing, the rooms are small but spacious and comfortable, and don’t even get me started on the views! Everything about this place is wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed at CitizenM on our way to an Alaskan cruise. The room was funky and fun. It was clean and tidy and near Pike’s Market and the Norwegian cruise port. We enjoyed the room, the convenience of the location and how helpful and friendly the staff performed their duties. I highly recommend this hotel!
