This property is incredible. With access to all the club amenities and walking distance to downtown Bellevue, we thoroughly enjoyed this property. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, & the mattress was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had everything you needed. The only complaint was the check-in desk person was not very helpful or pleasant. She did not explain the credits very well, so we didn't know the credit was for each day on the weekend. At check-out, a different woman explained it better, so we know for next time.

the hotel is nice and clean, great location, good restaurant. the club is very active even at 9pm with lots of memebers using the gym and pool. most of the staffs are freindly except one. when I check-in, no welcome words, only in short word "ID" "Credit Card". feels like checked by an officer. at the end she didn't give instuction on the wifi, restaurant, club and next day breakfast. neither told us where's the lift to upper floor untill we asked.

I really liked staying at this hotel and I had not previously stayed there. The staff was very friendly and helpful for an out of towner like me. It has a special feel of a high end and incredible athletic/spa facility member, while being a great hotel. About the only thing I felt could be improved was that like an athletic club, it has similar hours at restaurant, room service and sundries. But a trip to grocery store solved all those late night munchies issues. I liked that it was quiet, close to the bright lights of Bellevue and very professionally run. I would definitely stay there again.
