The bed was firm and comfortable, place is clean, safe and gated. Staff is helpful and accommodating. They have toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. There is basic breakfast which is nice. Definitely would be back if needed a night to stay passing through. Such a good deal.

Had a mishap with my first room however once brought up to the staff they were more than happy to accommodate me! Amazingly helpful and understanding staff. I needed AAA batteries after I made an incorrect purchase and they were so helpful! Quiet and clean. Daily housekeeping! Free breakfast! Checked out and forgot one item, they called me to ensure safe return/ pickup.

The room was clean, corner room on the 3rd floor. The TV was old and had poor color, but the space in the room, the natural light and convenience for the price overcome such a simple issue. The orange juice at the continental breakfast was like real, fresh squeezed and the rest was slim. Overall a good value for the budget option.

The hotel is safe and secure with various door code areas to give you access to parts of the hotel that you need. RD at the front desk was really nice and helpful to us. I like how the hotel is on the E rapid transit bus line. You can get to downtown Seattle relatively quickly and this bus and it will also take you near the King Street train station. Keep in mind this is a budget hotel.
