“Central to our needs.”

“We upgraded our room so we could sit in the spa bath and watch a movie. The blind was broken so you could not lift it up to see the TV and the inbuilt speakers in the bathroom were not working. We had conflicting information from the staff about the blinds. Eventually maintenance told us they were broken in all the rooms. There was no soap provided for the spa bath. No blankets in the room. No mini bar. Could not even get a soft drink from our fridge. Would not stay here again. We were not...

“Our room had everything you would need for a short stay. Fridge with water and milk for tea or coffee. A very comfortable bed and pillows. An excellent shower with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The room was cleaned every day withe fresh towels. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The manager of the hotel was so nice giving us lots of useful advice and allowing us an extra two hours in our room then storing our luggage”

“Es una sala de juegos con 14 habitaciones muy justas en el piso superior, no un hotel como tal. No hay recepcion, debes entrar en el casino. No hay ningun servicio (wi-fi, desayuno, recepcion, mini-bar...). Ruidoso, tanto por los coches del parking colindante como por la musica del casino, que cierra a las 3:00 am. Nada recomendable.”

“As soon as I walked into the room . I knew it was spotless smelled. Wonderful. Dinner was lovely. And everyone was very helpful. I would definately recommend nothing was too much trouble”
