Overall it’s tidy and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The view of sunset was magnificent! There are couple of things I would like to bring up. The screen door was malfunction and it just came out when we tried to close it. Another thing is the coffee served is so mild, tastes more like hot water.

The location was great. Just a short walk to Broadway and right on the promenade. The room wasn't bad but it could use some updates. Very dark due to the colors and lighting but comfortable enough. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our main complaint was that they allow pets and people would leave the pets in the rooms to bark. They were barking when we checked in, first thing in the morning, and as late as 10 at night. Constant. I would suggest adding some stipulations about having pets.
