Property is in great location only complaint towels need to be updated they have seen better days. Parking on location very convenient and saves you about $35 a day.

We had an amazing time! Check in was super easy and a bonus was that parking was included. Staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and safe area. Location was amazing. Right across the street from the water park, amusement park and beach/boardwalk! Right next door they own a small restaurant with great food, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. We will definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality ❤️🤩

The location was great only a short walk to the boardwalk. The room was nice and clean my only complaint would be the beds were pretty uncomfortable. The owner was very nice and helpful and it was very quiet.

Just stayed at the Buoy16 only for one night. We have never been to Seaside heights as this was our first time in the area. We were very pleased with our stay at the Buoy. The room and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, decent size for the good price. Very close to the boardwalk and beach access. Literally 1/4 block. It was not too noisy at night either. The owner was very nice and explained everything in detail and showed us where to park. Everything is in walking distance- beach, restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely recommend, and would come back here to stay again. Very clean. You can tell they cared about the property.
