We had to left the hotel at 5am because we couldn't sleep all night. people were running all night on the top floor, some other were having a fight in another room which made it impossible for us to stay. The rooms are not like the pictures and the building needs a remodelition.

I was charged $250 to stay in a closet with a bathroom. Bathroom was falling apart as well as "furniture" in the room. Bed was worse than a college dormroom mattress. Never again.

The room was heated with a portable soace heater. The temperature did not get over 59 degrees. The toilet had an elongated seat on a round bowl. The seat was cracked. This place may be ok in the warmer months, butnshould not be open in the winter.

-Booked room with queen bed, but received room with 2 full sized beds instead...then manager tried to "upsell" us the room that we actually booked in the Expedia app. -Dirty towels in the cabinets -broken towel bar in bathroom -no outlet cover plate -Portable Heater broke 3 times and had to be replaced -No washcloths or hand towels in bathroom -No cups, no coffeemaker, -Remote for TV only worked 2 feet away from TV -Super bright light right outside room -No wand to adjust blinds in room -Shower faucet was impossible to tell hot or cold

The motel was better than I expected. It is of walking distance to all the nearest attractions. The beds were comfortable. There was remodeling happening when I was there. For the price, it was nice.

The area is great, right on the boardwalk and beach. The room vibe, however, was of cheap used furniture and was built and maintained by an amateur handyman. It was also very small with no extra space available any stuff in the bath, on furniture, or on the floor. We stayed when it was cold and the heater triggered the fire alarm when we turned it on. Not a nice overnight.
