The view and quiet peaceful atmosphere of the Yardarm Motel is fantastic. The privacy of having your own check-in and easy morning coffee is wonderful. To add to it, the owners are interesting and have a fascinating story to share if you are fortunate enough to bump into them during your stay.

This is an older motel that is being brought back to life. The room was quiet and comfortable, The fall colors beautiful. We were here only one night just to get a good night sleep before adventuring on. No complaints-it was a little spendy. It was a little different not having a live person to visit with, but it worked. Received a text with the code to get in. Someone set up the continental breakfast, but we didn't see them.

We had a restful stay and enjoyed the larger room size with a little table in the corner. A/C worked great but we also had our own little fan to help stir the air a bit. Enjoyed the historic atmosphere for a change of pace.
