We liked everything about the hotel, location, cleanliness, service, amenities, the staff (all employees), etc. The only thing we didn't like was the cost of parking your car.

While the room decor was a touch dated, it was clean and done the job though, so no issues there. Most of the staff were great. Had a good chat with the guy working at the gym counter. Really friendly and knowledgable of the surrounding area. One of the lobby staff did recommend we take my 2yr old daughter to an Italian “Babbo’s” “just around the corner” to eat because it was late in the day and it was becoming a hot topic. Took the 15min walk there but it was shut. Bit of a disaster but we’re partly to blame for leaving it so late. Another member of staff on the front desk, didn’t catch her name, without wanting to sound rude, she was a little older than the rest of them on the front desk. She made me feel like a moron for not knowing there was a taxi rank right outside. We’d been using the side entrance for our entire stay. Again, I’m partly to blame, and actually partly moronic. Other than that, we had a great stay at the seaport and these are just minor issues and would stay here again.
