Highly recommended

Good location, convenient for beach, restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable and clean. Hotel access was straightforward. I’d be happy to stay here for future trips to Seaham.

Lovely short break

What a lovely place to stay. All self service but received on point instructions from Dave. We stayed in Room 6 and it was really nice. I would only ask for bigger towels and firmer pillows. There is on site parking which I would say allowed 2 cars if people parked right. Location was good too, not far from beach

What a wonderful location and a perfect room for a short stay. Clean tidy and good facilities, fantastic system with key pads and key presses means you don’t have to carry keys. Great when spending day on beach. Street parking. Loved this place!

Wow what a stay

Great road side parking right next to the hotel. Easy check in which with the kids was a bonus!! The room was beautifully decorated and the tea and coffee station in our room was much appreciated after such a long drive. The location to the sea front was superb and we really didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect short weekend away.

Clean and modern room. Easy to access as they send you codes to get in. Free on street parking. Easy walk to the beach by the high street and local restaurants and cafes. Bath was lovely and long!

The property was very nice. The mattress was pretty well used on one side of the bed and the tv was too complicated to use, otherwise I was happy.

Toilet wasn’t cleaned with 💩 stains still visible in the pan. Kettle wasn’t cleaned and even the tea spoon was not cleaned! Extracor fan not work and room quickly filled up with drainage smell even with toilet door shut. Window can’t be shut properly with excluders and bits of frame broken. The room door can’t be locked properly , it’s a cylindrical door knob with a round nib.
