Good value

Hotel was warm and dry, shower was warm. TV didn't work but to tired to want to watch more than news and did on phone. Plug sockets worked to allow me to charge phone. Overall a safe, warm place to rest.

As alway the room was very clean. Tv worked. Bathroom very clean. Water hot and Tv worked. Only problem I ever have is getting the door to unlock and lock but I alway manage it eventually. I was even given the WiFi password this time

Very good

Very comfortable and convenient, especially for the price. Was very pleased with the place. Only complaint was my friends door wouldn’t open for close properly, had to fight the door every time we came back.

The room was cold the pillows was shocking when we arrived we had paid and turned away, we then was told we had a room and was taken to it, oh and also the tv didn’t work so we had no entertainment all night! The decorating was all ruined.

I wasnt allowed to chexk in as i didnt have my passport or driving licence with me. Showed them the email with my booking details on along with my disability bus pass on which shows my picture on. Trying to get refund back
