We had a wonderful stay at the property, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There’s not much in the immediate area, but it’s great for rail fans since Steamtown is nearby.

This hotel had a lot of style being it used to be a train station. I loved it and would recommend it for people visiting Scranton or areas around it. Definitely stood out as a nice hotel.

It was a unique hotel experience because of the railroad station setting and its careful architectural restoration. So many beautiful things to see and marvel at, always a feast for the eyes - wonderful preservation of the steam train era in early to mid 20th century history. Every member of the staff we had contact with was not only friendly and helpful, but also reflected appreciation of this unique environment.

Love this place for the way they’ve preserved the history of the building and for the friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort of the room and building overall. The food and excellent service at Trax is a bonus.This was my second stay here and I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Scranton.
