We are promptly checked in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the tub was nice and deep! Crisp clean white sheet, very comfortable bed & pillows! Plenty of food and beverage options within the hotel. Lots to do in the downtown area!!

The amenities in the room were excellent. We ate at the trax restaurant and it was great. We really enjoyed our visit. The only thing that bothered us was the musty smell in the room. The location was also excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

This my second time staying at Lackawanna Station Radisson, and both times have been wonderful experiences. From the front desk to the restaurant, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. If you're a train buff (we are), the hotel is steeped in railroading lore.

The hotel is in a great location, has good parking and a very nice lobby area of bars and restaurants. The only downsides are that the hotel is a converted old train station and the rooms are a bit small and outdated in the modern world. The hotel is a good overall bones but its well overdue for a big room renovation.
