In my experience it wasn’t bad as some reviews said that’s just for me tho, the rooms were decent and clean from what I saw and the front desk had my keys ready and on top of the reservation I made and I had no trouble just checking in and getting to my room

The staff is amazing. So sweet and accommodating, all of the ones I had to interact with. The tv was not working, said it needed a secret code. We called for the code and they just moved us to a new room immediately so we did not have to mess with it. I will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area!

Pool was good, staff was excellent. Unfortunately, we got moved three times from room to room either the TV nonfunctioning or AC not functioning. The third time was a charm just made for a long day. I understand it’s under new ownership and the process of a lot of updates but the pictures showing online are definitely different from what actual reality is. I’ll be watching to see how their improvements go before I book again.

Past it's prime, unfortunately. It is centrally located. The room was clean, but the bathroom is in need of an update. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like smoke, and the walls are very thin. Our noisy neighbor kept up through the night. This establishment seems to have some permanent residents.

Very courteous staff, available all the time to you and clean and quiet. Nice warm pool and guest laundry and restaurant on site a huge plus. Everything is in the hotel, no need to go out.

Fantastic check-in experience with young man at the front desk. Great experience at bar. Room was cozy and bed was comfy. WiFi was a little spotty and cell service went a little in and out. Sad that the pool was closed, but I forgot my bathing suit, so no worries there. Excited to stay here again next week!

I stay at a lot of hotels and most hotels don’t offer breakfast, this place does as a grab and go style m, which is perfect. Hotel was busy when we stopped with the family. There is a lot more parking in the rear and we had no issues parking. The restaurant and bar onsite gets busy, it was a good stay.
