Poorly laid out meal breakfast. First room we were offered was dirty. Second room we were offered didn’t have enough towels. The second room we were offered also did not have lightbulbs in the lamps. The hotel staff were nice of course in the swimming pool was partially available but clean. Not it turned out not to be a Marriott hotel as it was listed.

This property has seen better days. The bathroom faucets leak, the shower drains slowly, and the wallpaper is peeling. The TV had a problem; the front desk guy came up and fixed it. The following night, we had a problem with the key and changed rooms. The woman at the front desk was very nice and offered to move us to a different room. Our bed was comfortable, and the sheets and towels were clean. The most important thing after long days. Also, the front automatic door didn't work. Not the best presentation on entering! Your staff helped make up for some of the problems. They were very apologetic and friendly... and did everything they could to make things right.

The property was in a run down neighborhood. When we arrived we could hear the thumping of music from downstairs. The front door did not work properly and one of the elevators was out of order. The room was fairly clean but looked run down. There was only one bath towel provided for a double queen room. The bed was quite comfortable and the pillows was good. The thermostat was halfway off the wall but the room cooled nicely. We were on the 6th floor so could not hear the music from the basement. The parking area was poorly lit as we arrived quite late. The staff was nice but a bit hard to understand.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The facility needs a lot of work, especially the pool. Water was very cloudy and could use some more cleaning. The rooms itself were not clean properly. The bathroom was very dirty and the pillowcases and the towel towels were not washed properly.

This location looks great online however, it’s very ran down and has had no upkeep. It looks like it was a great hotel at one point and has had no updates or has had bandaids slapped on it with to no repairs. The welcome desk employee was great. Our room was clean but our toilet seat was broken and our smoke detector was hanging out of the ceiling. The restaurant and bar weren’t open. Cheap taped up signs everywhere, breakfast area was messy and crumbs everywhere. Tables were sticky and we had to ask for plates. Refrigerators all had huge man made lock pads. Staff was extremely nice but hotel definitely felt like it was in a bad part of town which it wasn’t.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. There are stores you could walk to right across the street. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.
