“Buen sitio para pasar en familia y conveniente para visitar la costa amalfitana”

“Room was very clean and decorated really nice. Gio, the host was very kind and attentive. The rest of the property didn’t exactly look like the pictures but it wasn’t bad! Just needed to be more maintained. Parking situation is on the property and if you drive here get a small car. Roads are very narrow going up to the villa. Views were stunning tho”

“La estadía fue muy agradable la habitación cómoda con un buen baño, la atención muy amable, de hecho olvidamos una campera y la propietaria se ofreció a enviarla por correo.”

“The location is great. The room was comfortable. Housekeeping service, Rafaela, was amazing but Tony the manager was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I thought he was having a bad day during my arrival but other people staying at the same time as me complained about the same issues. No good instructions provided at arrival and did not see him at the hotel at any other day during our 6 day stay. Did not answer questions or answers did not answer questions. It will help to have...

“Preciosa habitación, buen desayuno, muy variado. Ubicado en el tercer piso e una mansión antigua, le falta iluminación en las primeras plantas, pero el piso habilitado como hotel está perfecto. Lo que me generó inconvenientes el el hecho que corten (desconecten) el aire acondicionado durante el día y no lo informen. Fue un suplicio estar en el dormitorio, y nadie respondía el teléfono para arreglarlo, al día siguiente supimos que ellos lo apagan. Plop ”

“Comodidad, tranquilidad, limpieza, servicios y atención del oersonal”

“Nice room, clean, had a nice balcony and we had new towels everyday. Could WhatsApp staff if needed. Meta is quiet but road outside can be busy at times. Lovely pool, opening times could be improved but always somewhere to sit and relax outside. Could do with another mirror as only the one in the bathroom.”

“Awesome”

“The hotel was dirty and ants all over the bathroom floor. Our toilet didn’t work and when we called the front desk for assistance they said it was too late to fix because they needed to order a part. They then said they would provide a bucket for us to use to fill with water to dump in the toilet. The front staff was rude and didn’t respond to any emails sent from our third party booking agency (hotels.com) in regards to cancelling our second night stay. This place was horrible and the food was...

“Buena estadía ”

“The shower in the restroom overflowed, and the water never got hot. Additionally, the air conditioning did not adequately cool the upstairs sleeping area. While the downstairs remained comfortable, the upstairs loft where the bed was located was extremely warm and felt like a heat box, making it difficult to sleep.”

“This beautiful property was a family home. It is a beautiful and warming place, clean, perfect for my stay, the beautiful spacious grand salon where coffee and amenities is great! You feel like someone house! This is a común área where everyone can share beside your room. Also you have the same amenities inside your room. It was a beautiful place an grace was so helpful and very nice. This property does not have an elevator and you have to walk stairs. For me it was ok, but I don’t know for...
