The property was nice and convenient to the craft show we were participating in. We were a little surprised checking in via kiosk and AI. It was efficient with a little a little help from the real person. Overall it was nice but the swimming pool area has never been one I would use. A great place to stay is clean and convenient. There was a breakfast but we did not partake due to our time schedule

6/10 Okay

Wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great..it was okay. We were greeted by a check in kiosk, not a real person which was weird. Hallways and rooms had a musty smell. Stain on the top comforters of one of the beds. Bathroom and shower could of been cleaned better, shower had a couple hairs. Beds were awful to sleep on, felt like a brick board. Pillows were good though. Walls paper thin, could hear people next door like they were in OUR room. Breakfast was limited and the waffle batter tasted spoiled so we trashed it and just had cereal. Our second day our room keys stopped working and we had to go to the kiosk to get new ones..never had that happen at any hotel. The staff that we did encounter didn’t really talk much, but the check out person was nice. Wouldn’t be my first option in this area, but was fine for a short stay.

We were very dismayed to be greeted by a virtual agent in a kiosk instead of a live person. It was difficult to understand him and get checked in. Other than that glitch our stay was delightful. The room was super clean, beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet.
