The outdoor pool was great and the staff was very nice it was a great experience. But they gave me the room at 4:10 and someone checked in after me but got the room before me at 2 pm. The carpet had open cuts. And only one microwave outside the room gave me a hard time there were many people there and was too crowded. The waterpark was very nice and safe. It was a great experience for the children.

The admission was a little chaotic as we forgot where to park (had been there a couple of years ago) and didn't get directions from the staff either that we probably should park first then check in then unload our luggage... The rest of the stay was as expected. Had fun in the water park and the food was good too. They didn't come to make the bed though only gave us more clean towels after first night (We booked for two nights). Overall, ok.

Staff was nice but there were a few issues with the front desk processing things in their system to the point that I have to visit the front desk a few times. At check in, they require a $200 incidental/deposit type fee which should be refunded after your stay (assuming no damages have occurred). There is a fee per night to park in case you werent sure. Food at Timbers buffet on premise was decent and expected for waterpark resort buffet fare.
