“We arrived at 6pm to find an envelope taped to the door. Inside was our room key, instructions and an apology that there would be no breakfast with a $20 price reduction. The room had a strong sewage smell, we turned on all the faucets and opened the windows. The overhead fan did not work. No suggestions were offered for breakfast, there was only 1 cafe in town that had good baking, but nothing more substantial. 2 coffees and pastry cost more than $20. The locals in town did not think...

“Location was pretty on the cliffside and was very convienent to the PEI ferry, it happened to be a lovely sunny afternoon so enjoyed sitting outside on the lawn. Ther were a couple of minor issues that was explained but no offer of compensation; plastic and paper cups; over the top room freshener and an envelope with 'gratutity' left on the microwave...havent seen that before and it didnt sit well.”
