when I booked the hotel I was promised a code for late entry - i never received it but on the morning of the stay I was promised it again - but they never sent it - I couldn’t risk not having somewhere to stay late at night with young children so I had to book another hotel - they then charged my crefit card the full amount and sent me the code very late in the day when I didn’t have internet access. Un cafar dans la salle de bain, le ménage de la chambre est bâclé, le petit déjeuner est bien trop chère pour ce que c’est, rien n’est fait maison et les choix sont très restreints Ne parlons pas de la politique de remboursement en cas d’annulation, de aucun geste commercial, aucune compassion et très peu d’amabilité Sinon les murs sont fins et la moquette au sol n’est pas totalement propre
