Science Hill Vacations

They don't clean room daily. I had nice clean room at #118 room. But there was a loose tile on the floor by bathroom door. I told manager about it. The maid told me that someone will come and fix it. But manager decided to move me from #118 room to #120 room. It is better. Then saw dirty and bugs on the floor. I called maid. She came and swept it for about 5- 10 minutes then leave. She didn't mop it. Next day I asked manager for room cleaning. He said they don't clean room every day and if I want it cleaning . They will charge me extra for daily room cleaning. Also windows looks dirty and cloudy.

Went through 5 rooms before agreeing on 1. Hair in the sheets. Bugs in shower. Water puddle in middle of 1 room. Family/owners staying at property l. Slamming doors all throughout the day.!!cleaning all rooms with same old swiffer! No mop and fresh water. Wouldn’t recommend! Stay away!

The staff is very kind rooms are very clean and the pool is really refreshing
