Perfect location to enjoy Pertisau and the beautiful Lake Achensee! The room was beautiful with 2 balconies and gorgeous views of the mountains. The bathrooms were immaculate and spacious and the toilet was in a separate area from the rest of the bathroom which was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Alles sehr schön und neu, für unseren Geschmack zu rustikal, da ja eigentlich alles relativ neu ist, warum dann nicht modern gestalten! Was sehr angenehm war, dass die Saunen nie überfüllt waren. Sehr nettes Personal, jedoch ein bisschen zu viel Händegeschüttle, am Empfang, zur Abendessensbegrüssung und dann noch vom Ober.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herrn, wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, denn wir haben uns rund herum sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war eine entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel, der Service war aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das Essen hat uns allen drei wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Es war ein toller Urlaub und das Hotel Kristall hat sehr viel dazu beigetragen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön. Mit freundlichen Grüßen und wir werden wiederkommen

Einfach toll !

Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Es war einfach alles wunderschön. Alle Mitarbeiter und die Besitzer sind durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist überall romantisch dekoriert mit Herzen, Skulpturen, Blumen...Das Essen war der Hammer, vor allem das Nachspeisen Buffet. Wir kommen wieder !!!
