Großartig, hochwertig und wirklich äußerst starkes Niveau. Einzigartige Höflichkeit ne Service. Sehr leckeres Essen und vielfältige Pool Anlagen. Einziges perspektivisches Upgrade sollte im Zuge der starken Temperaturen eine Ausstattung mit Klimaanlagen oder ein kühlende Gestaltung des Zimmers sein (z.B. kein Teppichboden).

Wir waren schon mehrfach im König Ludwig zu Gast. Die Anlage ist sehr großzügig und man findet immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Die Pools und Saunen sind schön gestaltet. Die Anlage gepflegt. Das Essen ist hervorragend. Die neue Ludwig Stube Runde das kulinarische Angebot sehr schön ab. Das Personal ist jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wellnessbehandlungen und auch das Sport-Angebot sind sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter gehen gerne auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Im Vergleich zu den vergangenen Jahren, hat leider der Service im Restaurant und in der Bar nachgelassen. Es wurden mehr als einmal Bestellungen vergessen. Und auch wenn sich das Personal jedesmal überschwänglich entschuldigt hat, ist es ärgerlich, wenn das Bestellte beim Frühstück oder in der Bar (beim Nachmittagssnack) nicht kommt. Am Dienstag mussten wir in der Bar mehr als 30 Minuten warten, um unsere Bestellung aufzugeben. Alles in allem noch immer ein Top Wellnesshotel. Wer einen Ort zum Entspannen mit tollen Bergpanorama sucht, ist hier richtig.

Frühstücksauswahl war Enorm viel Auswahl und alles frische Waren. Der Wellnessbereich war herrlich,am Innenpool war es wie in einer Therme.Das Abendessen war exzellent und üppig. Das Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freudlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise und haben auf Empfehlung dort Station gemacht.Aber auch wir können es Bedenkenlos Weiterempfehlen da es keinerlei Beanstandungen auch nicht Ansatzweise gab. Der Wellness-Bereich ist riesig und ich glaube dass wir bei 2 Übernachtungen noch lange micht alles gesehen haben.

Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Bett sehr gut. Leider wenig und zu kleine Handtücher im Bad. Auch keine Badeschlappen im Zimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und hat sehr hohe Qualität. Der Wellness Bereich ist auch top. Genauso auch die Bar. Ansonsten wäre es schön wenn man ein paar Zeitschriften zur Verfügung hätte. Und das a la carte Restaurant kann man sich wirklich sparen. Wer will schon im Keller zu Abendessen und das Wiener Schnitzel war wirklich schlecht, öliger Nachgeschmack. Hier sollte zumindest eine Qualität angeboten werden die dem Anspruch des Hotels und seinen Preisen gerecht wird.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist heimelig und gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet und ein echter Genuss. Der grosszügige Wellnessbereich bietet viel Platz und eine erholsame Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Hier passt einfach alles: blitzsaubere Zimmer, sehr leckeres Essen als Halbpensions-5-Gänge-Gourmet-Menü oder a là carte, grosser Poolbereich mit Bergblick der niemals überlaufen und dank "adults only" sehr ruhig ist. Das supernette Personal rundet daa Bild ab. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr freundliches Personal. Einen wunderschönen und modernen Sauna- und Poolbereich. Die zimmer sind Sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen. Kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Suche nach einem freien Tisch am Wochenende beim Frühstück. Das empfanden wir etwas anstrengend. Am Abend bekommt man einen festen Tisch zugewiesen.
