Room at spacious, immaculate and smelled like an evergreen forest upon entry. Greeted by hot apple cider and warm cookies before check in. The pool, hot tub, and game room/common areas were clean and in excellent order! Restaurant(s) were delicious. Great Stay.

Great amenities at the Lodge at Schroon Lake. The pool, gym, Game Room, sauna, and jacuzzi were awesome! Would appreciate it if you added a nightstand to the room (CPAP machine). Nice touch with cookies in the lobby and campfires with smores..

The staff are super friendly and helpful. We love our room. You can watch the sunrise. Wouldn’t feel that it’s cold :) love the comfortable and quiet space. TOTAL RELAXATION!

First day we got there was a little disappointing bc our room was extra small with bunk bed which I didn’t like it at all, and the girl in front desk wasn’t too frndly and we didn’t feel welcomed. But from second day we changed our room to a very nice and big room and met other staffs like Paul and some others which I don’t remember names, this made our stay more welcoming. The area was very nice but I think summer time you will find more activities to do . Again I would like to thank you Paul again for his friendliness and helpfulness. Bc I believe nice staff make you enjoy your stay more thank you again

We stumbled upon this place a couple years ago and now going in the fall has become an annual tradition. It’s such a fun place with so much to do on-site (pool, mini golf, we love the Brown Swan for dinner, smores kits, etc) and just a short walk into town for delicious coffee at 9 Mile and more good food. We’ve found some great hiking nearby too, and this time saw a bear on our drive up to the Buffalo farm which was an added bonus. The price has increased significantly since we went last year but it seems like they have added live music, more activities and more staff so maybe that’s why. I love it here, it’s my favorite place in the ADKs- I have recommended it to so many people and already booked for next year!

The chalet view of the lake was spectacular. The units are spacious and comfortable. The beach is a walk and rides up the hill would be a really good add. Great fire pits.

Charming resort. Beautiful property. Restaurant on site very good. Indoor swimming pool only no outdoor pool. There is a private lake beach across the street although a pretty small area. Plans for beach area expansion underway for next season. Staff very professional and accommodating. Property is continuing to make more updates. Looking forward to what's coming.

Awesome staff, service and amenities. This was one of the most comfortable beds I have had the luxury of sleeping in after a long hike through the ADK high peaks. If i had known the property had included a pool, hot tub, mini golf, scenic walks and a restaurant; i would have stayed another dag or two - - - the only conplaint, and this has nothing to do with the lodging itself, was a circumstantial incident in which the room next to mine just had a bachelorette party and the next morning, all the women were arguing over petty things (yelling, cursing and punching the walls)... Other than that, i jad a 9/10 experience and would mosy definitely recommend The Lodge at Shcroon Lake, as well as return in the near future! Thank you, Alex Ramsey

Comfortable, clean, and beautiful. I got a room with a queen bed and bunk beds for the kids, and we all loved it. The pool and hot tub were convenient and fun. Everything is made of wood, and it looks so pretty.

Property was beautiful. Loved the outdoor fire pits and live music. The water access was great, we didnt get to the outdoor sporting options but the area looked well kept and fun. Hot tub was small but did the job. Staff was kind, cookies at check-in were a lovely touch. Only 4 stars bc the rooms are not great, bed isnt terribly comfortable, the walls are quite thin, could hear conversations clearly in the hall and a baby crying in a room down the hall in the middle of the night. Maybe more decor on the walls could help, or something that covers the gap below the door. We didnt spend much time in the room, and would still stay here again!
