Room was not cleaned properly. Hair everywhere, dust on phone and furniture, back of door was sticky, felt like I was walking on small pebbles in carpet, no iron. Honestly feel like a resort style hotel in a busy city would be much better.

Excellent hotel! The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this resort. The pool was especially amazing! The water was clean and did not have a strong bleach or chlorine smell. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

I am writing to share my concerns regarding my recent four-night stay at The LINQ in Las Vegas, in room 3137. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the beginning. The representative who checked me in was not very pleasant and seemed short with me when I asked a question about a restaurant advertised on the screen behind her. When I arrived at my room, the hallway was dark and gloomy, and the room smelled foul. Throughout our four-night stay, the bathroom sink repeatedly filled with water, indicating a clogged drain. Our room also overlooked the pool, and the loud music made it difficult to rest or nap. The window appeared to provide very little sound insulation. Additionally, a dirty towel was left outside the window on the small balcony. Overall, this was not the experience I expected from The LINQ. Based on this stay, I would not choose to stay at The LINQ again. I hope you will take these concerns seriously and address them to improve the experience for future guests.
