We arrived on a Sunday morning around 10:30am and were allowed to enjoy the pool until our room was ready. The pool and lobby restrooms were messy and dirty from the night before but cleaned well later that morning. The hallway that our room was located in had a few pieces of trash (napkins and papers) laying around. We also booked a pool view suite and were stuck in the corner without a view of the pool. On a positive note, the staff was super friendly, the onsite restaurant was amazing and the pool was fun & clean. We also had a very affordable deal, so overall were happy with the stay,

The team members were great and respectful! The rooms were clean and everything in the rooms worked great.
Windows had a layer of dirt on the exterior.
