“The reason we chose to stay at this place was the falsely advertised picture of the property. They are using Falcon's Nest as their cover image. In reality, it's a different property. We arrived in Hrensko and couple of hours before the check-in I received an email sayin that due to technical difficulties, they could not accommodate us. I read this in one of the reviews but didn't believe it. This property should be dropped by Expedia and not recommended to the visitors. There are many beautiful...

“Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große und leckere Auswahl. D Der Wellnessbereicz stand wegen Renovierungsarbeiten nicht zur Verfügung. Darüber wurdr ich im Vorfeld zwar informiert, allerdings nur mit der Information, dass nur für Sauna nicht zur Verfügung stand. Bei Ankunft würde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass auch der Pool und Whirlpool nicht zur Verfügung stehen. ”

“Sehr schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Leider muss man als Gast alle seine Daten nochmals von Hand in die. Formulare eintragen - wozu werden die vorher digital übermittelt? Man hat eine Reservierung auf meinen Namen, aber noch nicht mal der steht dann im Formular vorgedruckt drin. Das hält auf und ist völlig unnötig. Zimmer ist trotz vorhandener Fahrschüler nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.”
