Sólo complica un poco que no haya personal en Recepción después de las 17 hs, y que las instrucciones para ingresar (QR) al checkin lleguen por correo únicamente en idioma alemán (ayudaría que llegue escrito también en inglés)”

“The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. ”

“Excellent location - 5min to the train station and the airport line and less than to to the Rathaus. Great amenities. The reception arrangements were not great as it’s reduced capacity on weekend, and email communications were slow - but we got there in the end.”
