“The room was clean and the building was beautiful, but there doesn’t seem to be any real staff. You have to call to find how to get on the property then call to get admitted to the castle then someone lets you in. A young girl checks you in, but she won’t be there unless you call first. “Great hotel with excellent amenities and an amazing breakfast, but the amenities like spa, sauna, pool, open too late and close too early!”
