The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the rooms air conditioner didn’t work. The staff did come to the room and got it going but during the early morning hours it stopped working. We woke up to 76 degrees. Although they advised a continental breakfast, there were not a lot of options such as no yogurt, danish or muffins.

Really liked the actual location - easy to get in/out and walk to Central easily. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable, Will stay again when visiting family who live nearby.

Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful at check-in. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for enjoying the sights of Boston.
