“Could not complain about anything. The apartment was Clean & Everything we needed was there. The View was amazing. The location fantastic Walking distance to everything Coles & Liquorland included. “This hotel is a great place if you are visiting kids at UWA or recovering from treatment at the hospitals. But it is not a resort for 1st time travellers. We enjoyed running along the Swan River every morning. Best to have a rental car.”

“After staying 10 days and having vip status for late checkout at 12pm. I was refused 12:30 saying I have to pay huge rate for 30 minutes. This is 4 or 5th stay also. At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it”

Amenity is the room is good.
My room was noisy facing the main road and I can hear the TV from the next door room.
Wed steak special was really nice from the restaurant.
I think the place is worth the money.
Suggested Improvements
1. Provide bin in the toilet for feminine products
2. The poster on the door still says to leave the room key(card) in the room when checking out, which is different from what I was told (leave room key in the box in the main entry)”

“Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. No one made any special effort to offer tea or coffee or to make anything different at all.

“This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well.
Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings.
The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats”
