Jonathan was very welcoming and helpful. Parking straight forward.Clean n comfortable bed .Our one night stay was just what we like easy no fuss .Attended Teddy Swims at open air theatre 15 minute walk with a nice stop off at the Albert pub for a drink before and after show .

This is an excellent hotel cannot fault it in anyway and staff couldn't do enough to help you and you can ring him at anytime of day if you need anything and cleanliness is second to none will definitely recommend and will be staying again

A lovely little place, super friendly staff. The bed was amazingly comfy. It's not the ritz its a cute little guest house. No breakfast which was a shame. Very central and I managed to park outside. Parking is on a meter but free between 6pm and 9am. I would stay again.

Great location for all areas of Scarborough. If you want a no frills place to stay with on street parking costing just £8 for 24 hours this place fits the bill. Jonathan greeted us and couldn’t have been more helpful. Yes rooms are not 4 or 5 star luxury but are clean, comfortable and well appointed (great for our stay to attend a concert at the open air theatre) 15 minutes away. Tea/coffee making facilities and complementary biscuits. Value for money and the other guests we met were all polite and sociable. The only downside for us was that we had trouble getting to sleep due to the sound of the seagulls who appeared to be very loud compared to other accommodation we have stayed in (think they were trying to compete with the artists appearing on stage😂😂and certainly nothing to do with the accommodation). All in all if we attend another concert in Scarborough we would consider staying here again

Lovely clean room parking we had to pay £8 per day we stayed 1 night should have been 2 but had to head home 2nd morning due to personal reasons but had we stsyed our 2nd day we could move around to the back of the property for free Jonathan what a perfect host he helped with our luggage gave us all the info we needed and his phone number to contact if needed whatever the hour you don't get brekkie at this property but Wetherspoons just around corner if you want brekkie great location close to town centre and only a mile or two from Scarbourough Open air which is why we booked there are room either no en suite so check on booking a negative that the hotel couldn't help with was the noise of seagulls non stop and very loud but that s the councils fault need to curtail the breeding so I advise ear plugs oh n our room had a blind and curtains but both light coloured so in summer when mornings are bright may be dark curtains would be better friends didn't so had to use sleep mask they went and bought just a thought to change to dark curtains in all rooms but honestly worth every penny will stay again Amanda Adams
