The online photos were AI enhanced. The beds had no top sheets except two that were still in the dryer. The trash had not been emptied and one of the beds had a pubic hair on it. Pillow cases looked dirty and there were food crumbs on the stove and island. The community play area was littered with trash, as there was no trash can. Also there was no dock as pictured. While this place has a lot of room and plenty of space and places to sleep, the fact that AI enhanced photos were used and the place was actually dingy really rubbed me the wrong way. There was also broken wood that had sharp edges by the parking area. Disappointed

The size of the place and location was amazing! The big downside was the condition of the place..the toilet wasn’t flushing on arrival in one of the bathrooms, the other bathroom lacked hot water and we were short a couple of linens. The host’s staff was receptive to getting this addressed. Things like the toilet and linens were fixed by the next morning. The cold shower and gas stove mislabeling were not fixed unfortunately. There was also no details provided about the checkout procedure until I asked for it. Also, the check-in and check-out time differed from what was advertised by an hour each way!! Actual check-in was 4 pm and not 3 pm..check out was 10 am instead of 11 am!!

Property Owner never responded to our emaill or calls from at least 3 Expedia employees:agents so we could receive the code to enter the property. We arrived in the city 9:30 pm with 5 children and had to be given new accommodations that did not work out. The hotel rooms were just NATSY!!! Unclean unhealthy, debris blowing out of the ac/heating units that were visible on the white covers on the beds. Some of the rooms had urine on the side of the toilets and the smell was not pleasant. Hair and dirt were inside the beda after covering was pulled back. We could not stay there and feel safe and secure. We weren’t the only people complaining.
