Wonderful experience

Clean comfortable hotel. Front desk staff Tati was so kind & helpful. I called with a room request and on arrival she had picked exactly what I needed for me. Her friendly smile was the perfect greeting after a 12 hour drive Will definitely stay here again for November trip . Felt very safe as a solo traveler

Large room, very clean, nice pillows and a comfortable bed. However the refrigerator made a noise and there wasn't a piece in the coffee pot that was needed to make coffee. Worked with employee at desk at check in , he helped with coffee pot piece. He seemed almost discombobulated with finding the piece. It took over 20 minutes to locate one in the adjacent room. During Check Out: Spoke to the man at the desk about the noisy fridge rattling all night. He didn't seem to care , he said sorry and here is your receipt , have a good day. I honestly thought he should have asked more about the noise, to at least help the next customer.
