The property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Parked in one of the garages for two days the cost was about $30 for two days which was wonderful. The property was clean and quiet for sleeping bed very comfortable would’ve like a real coffee pot, but it worked would definitely stay here again.

If you want to be on Broughton, this is the place. I felt safe, and it was clean. The shower head, sofa mattress, and frying pan needs to be replaced.

Check in was relatively easy. The location was excellent. The concept is good. Room was a little banged up, shower door didn’t close, closet doors hanging by a thread. Saturday night was totally crazy noisy with loud car stereos, engine revving etc. windows not sound proof? On top of it all hide a bed didnt work. Had to sleep on couch. Parking kind of a nightmare.

The studio is located at the center of everything. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping area and about 8 walkable minutes of the pier. It has a queen bed and a sofa bed but my daughter chose to sleep on the sofa and not on its bed because it was pretty uncomfortable. The bathroom size is nice but it could use some painting. I couldn’t make coffee because I couldn’t find a coffee maker but it has an electric tea pot, a toaster, pans, plates, dinnerware, utensils. It would be nice if they can manage to have a coffee maker because not everyone likes tea. We had a problem with the Roku remote control and they sent someone to bring a new one the very next day. Every now and then I received text messages asking if everything was alright with our stay. The building was quiet; we slept pretty well. I recommend this place and would stay in it again.

The property needs maintenance. The walls need to be painted, the baseboards are filthy. The blind was stuck up and I couldn’t reach it to bring it back down. It is not up to SONDERS standards. The location is fabulous. However, parking is a nightmare. There is no place to unload your luggage. So be prepared to pack lightly and save yourself a headache of walking through the streets with luggage and backpacks.
