Staff were friendly upon arrival. We were charged $35 night for parking although our booking stated $25 so that was disappointing. The hotel itself was very old and dated, in much worse shape than the online images showed. Room didn’t smell great, tv remote and coffee maker didn’t work. The area is very noisy at night.

The staff was incredible, knowledgeable of the area, and so very friendly. Walking distance to everything (Forsyth Park is a hike, not gonna lie) but the autumnal weather made the stay all the more perfect. My birthday trip was a rousing success!

The rooms had bad smell to them like mold and animals. There were no parking on 12-26-25 but I was charged for 3 nights of parking. And I had to park around the block from the hotel. The staff was wonderful in trying to accommodate.

Value was great for proximity to dining, shopping, and historic areas. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Older hotel in need of updates but clean. Only negative is very loud at night due to traffic and bars; insulation is recommended but I was told they are planning on tearing this down in the near future, which will probably make the rate not as affordable unfortunately
