We liked the fact that we could park our car in the garage on the same floor of our room. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety of things and the breakfast staff was very engaging, friendly, pleasant and courteous. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean. However, the one drawback for us was the corridor leading from garage to our room and the room itself was very musty.

Stayed for 2 nights, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only issue I had were a couple of roaches in my room! The hotel was completely booked for the weekend so changing to a new room was not possible but the staff was very helpful and did what they could to help.

The cost and location of this hotel were good. However, the attached garage has a nightly parking fee associated with it,that I was unaware of, and the parking spots are really tight. Not sure how we didn’t hit a pole or another car. While it does have an outdoor pool it is very small.

I had booked 2 normal rooms with King bed, but I was assigned both "Accessible" rooms that was never requested for. Secondly, the room had such a bad odor when we checked in. The odor was only half gone after running the AC an entire night. The website mentioned Parking is Included in my booking, but I was charged 12$ for self parking. The staff sounded pretty frustrated to answer question about additional charges that was not mentioned in the website. Otherwise the room was clean and breakfast was good.

Loved that we could park in the floor where our room was! We were there for a SCAD move out from end of year and had tons of bags from daughter’s dorm. So great to have safe, secure parking for the gobs of belongings sitting in the car. Hotel was so close (walking) to many restaurants, gas and convenience. Loved that Fresh Fields was across the parking lot. We will def stay here again!

The hotel was very clean. The evening staff was helpful but wasn't sure about charges to my card but a day time staff member helped us to understand. The pool was not open due to maintenance and that was why I chose this hotel. This caused us to change hotels to the courtyard marriott down the road which was a huge mistake. We came back for the last 3 days to the Fairfield Marriott and fortunately on our last night the pool was fixed and I was able to swim. I was disappointed they charge $12 a day to park in their own facility but it seems all places do that but it is not on the website. We chose the midtown area to avoid parking in the historical district hotels. We were happy with the midtown area and will probably stay here again.
