The property is very clean, clearly love is put into cleaning and preparing each room. The parking lot and pool area is also very clean. The amenities are also good, having a small kitchenette and balcony is awesome. However it is an older hotel that hasn’t had many updates, and not a ton of money is put into updating it.

We enjoyed our stay. Had a room with kitchenette and it was nice. Had trouble getting hot water in bathroom and kitchen to get hot, but finally got it. Reported it to front desk on the last day of our stay and they made note of it and apologized. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. Well worth the money!

It was clean. But it’s certainly a worn down property. Bed and pillows were so very uncomfortable. And it’s very dark in the rooms. Very little lighting. It was convenient it terms of location. A 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurant. If you want a good breakfast try The Window. Super yummy.

We enjoyed our stay at the Dunes Inn. We stayed there on our way to Florida and on our way back. The room was clean, and the front desk folks were helpful and friendly. It was pretty cold out on our trip home, and they gave us an extra blanket on request. It was an excellent price.

The Dunes Inn room was clean and spacious. Some of the other guests (a few permanent) were a bit loud but not obnoxious. The surrounding area was perfect for walking to local restaurants and stores.
