Staff was really nice. Good location. But we had a terrible experience with the valet. The night shift valet gave everyone their keys to take back to their rooms then packed the cars so close, you couldn’t easily move it out.So at four in the morning when we had to leave for our flight, the dayshift valet didn’t have the keys to any of the cars nor did he know the room numbers to those vehicles. We literally had to spend an hour trying to inch our car out of a very tight space because we had no other option. If it wasn’t for the caring and helpful day shift valet, I would’ve given this a one star review.

Here for a cocert at the Savanna Civic center across from the hotel. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The only thing we lacked was room service, and we were surprised that parking was in the city garage, but it was nearby and reasonably priced.

However, we were given a room that overlooked the street, and the noise from the road as well as the valet service staff in front of the building was quite loud, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.
