Clean room, comfortable bed, really quiet property, nice little gym. A little wear and tear on the furniture, but nothing not expected for a high traffic beach hotel. Great great location blocks from the Tybee Pavilion and Tybrisa St Beach entry. I stayed here for the half marathon and couldn't have picked a better spot half a block from the starting line and two blocks from the finish!

The place is very convenient—it’s close to pretty much everything: the beach, shops, and the pier. The parking is very spacious and safe. At first glance, the place has a decent exterior. The staff was very kind, especially the receptionist when we arrived—she was very friendly. Everything was very easy when it came to checking in. The rooms are renovated, but not very clean. When you walk on the floor with socks, they turn black from how dirty it is. Make sure to check the sheets before settling in, because ours had stains near the foot of the bed, around the fold of the mattress. It’s a very quiet place we went during the low season. The pool was clean and a bit warm, a little small, but since there weren’t many people, it was more than enough for my husband and me. Would I book another room at that hotel again? If there were no other options, I would, but if I had better choices, I’d pass on the opportunity to stay there, mainly because the room we stayed in was not very clean.
