This hotel was perfect in so many ways. First the location is unbeatable right on the river and Factors Walk. Staff was professional and friendly-always ready to help. We loved the bar/ restaurant and drinks outside overlooking the river and the rooms were spacious and clean when we come back to Savannah we will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful hotel in a great location! Even though there was problem initially with our room, management and all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms were clean, and the gym has clean and modern equipment. The restaurant had well flavored cook to order breakfast. We are definitely coming back soon!

Everyone was very helpful, from the valet to the front desk and the restaurant wait staff. We had a problem with the television and the balcony door. We went out for the day and both were fixed when we got back. The balcony door had a reoccurring issue, but we reported it only once. Having a room facing the river was a plus. It was very enjoyable to watch the freighters and other river traffic. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family.
