We stayed in early January in a triple room. The hotel has recently been renovated and it had only just opened. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a few minutes walk down the hill to the Clotes lift and slopes - ideal for a short ski break. There is a sizeable ski room with heated boot warmers and plenty of space. Our room was large but lacked much storage. We had 2 small shelves, and a rail to hang clothes onto, but only 4 hangers - not ideal with ski kit and clothes for 3 people. The room had a mini fridge which was great for snacks and drinks, etc. Whist our room didn't have a balcony, many did, but the space immediately in front of the windows was freezing cold - and wet on the floor every morning - I assume this is because it was formerly a balcony that has been enclosed so has zero insulation. The plugs in the room are a strange thin 2 pin - the kettle provided in the room didn't fit so I had to ask for adapters at reception - this was the same for ALL of our plug adapters that we bought from the UK - so just make sure you ask before you stress about not being able to charge ANYTHING! The room was cleaned daily, and seemed superficially clean, but it could have done with a more thorough hoovering, it felt dusty to walk around in and the corners and under the bed didn't look like they had hoovered in a while which was a shame. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of choice, but not enough staff! Tables were very slow to be cleared so finding somewhere to sit was
