The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I also appreciate that it is pet friendly. My husband and I enjoyed staying here and plan to come back in the future.

The location of the property is awesome, close enough to get to Helen quickly and far enough away to be peaceful. Lodge is clean and easy to access coffee, snacks, and extra towels.

Room was clean and property was well maintained. A/C was a little quirky, but the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was no staff on the property when we were there. Grab and go snacks/breakfast, coffee was all that we needed for the day. We would definitely stay here again, Thank you.

The room was great! very comfortable and the gathering room just outside our door was like having a private living room. Staff (2 ladies) was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that website listed a dining room which at some point closed and was not available.

Someone was smoking in the room before our arrival and we couldn’t even stay there. We had to leave. It was difficult to reach someone, because apparently the building is abandoned by the the staff after business hours and I arrived after 4pm. There is a phone number you have to call then supposedly. The lady sounded arrogant on the phone. The room looked clean though.

The lodge is conveniently located less than 10 mins outside of downtown Helen. It’s positioned on a secluded hillside just off the main 2 lane road. The building and decor does feel a bit outdated but adds to the charm. We stayed in the “Family Suite” which was a split level room. It was great having a separate sleeping area from the kids. I’m 6’4 and had to really bend over to get up the stairs in our suite but wasn’t a huge deal for a few days. We were a bit disappointed they didn’t offer food onsite, but they did have a wine starting you could do for an additional cost. We were the only family there our first night, so that was a bit creepy. The main front door they don’t allow you to lock at night and there was no staff onsite after 5pm. That made me very uneasy as well but we survived. We’s stay again, but check out one of the 3 separate cabins next time.

It was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet! If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to Helen but not right on the strip, this would be the place to go!! It isn't a big chain hotel, so there aren't people running up and down the hallways. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!!

The cabin smelled clean and looked clean. Everything was decorated so well. The staff was amazing, friendly and on-top of everything. We loved everything about our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer so we could have explored the property more. We will most definitely be back!

The stay was absolutely amazing. We checked in with no problems. Our cabin was so cute and cozy. The bed was super comfortable and loved having the fireplace in the evenings. We were able to have our dog there with us. We had a wine tasting with Lucy on property that was wonderful. Just a 10 minute drive to a Helen and many outdoor hiking opportunities. We will definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful property! The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. Things were calm and quiet. I liked the ease of access and check-in with the door code system. We enjoyed the heart-shaped hot tub. As an amateur naturalist, I noticed and especially enjoyed the historical botanical prints on the walls - that was a special little detail, and I and would love to know more of the story about these prints.

Our check-in was seamless and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and very comfortable, from the small couch in a little alcove to the bed. In fact, it was the most comfortable "hotel" bed I can remember experiencing. The property is a little older, but has been very well updated. There aren't many receptacles, but they've solved that by placing a power strip in the room. The balcony was shared with the room next door and looked out onto the parking lot, but it was still nice to be able to go out and sit there. And there was a large common area right outside our room that was well-stocked with snacks and board games. We were very pleased with the property and very much enjoyed our stay.
