The room was a good size and had a fridge in it. The pool was lovely and a real treat to have. The location was great, very near Saundersfoot Harbour. We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the food.

When you pull up outside, the weeds and broken plant pots are a little off putting but inside is clean, rooms spacious, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed. Also plenty of parking and although we couldn’t check in until 3, we could park in the morning which was really helpful. Staff lovely. The property could use a gardener and some TLC but you can look past that for a nice comfortable clean room with good parking.

We booked a studio and were pleased with the accommodation. The hotel is situated on St Brides Hill within walking distance of the town and beach. Parking is plentiful . There is a garden with chairs and tables, an internal lounge, billiard table and indoor pool. Our accommodation was on the second floor : two flights of stairs with good handrails . Owing to the steep hill the hotel may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

The conservatory was full of exotic plants. Lots of public places to sit inside and out. Parking is very good. The room is very practical and clean, quiet. Orange juice could have been provided at breakfast. Can I suggest that the hotel provides a cold drink dispenser and or a tea/coffee machine in part of the public areas inside the hotel. Overall stay very good and would stay there again.

Easy access to Saundersfoot front 6 min walk downhill , more challenging back though. Chose room 18 family room with fridge & microwave . Very comfortable , comfortable bed , good sleep and always found a parking spot ( though last spot on one occasion ) -be Had to approach owner a few times with not always understanding response! Couldn’t supply any decaf coffee ( a health issue for some and readily available at all the many previous hotel stays ) No clear fire escape map on back of hotel bedroom door ( statutory ) Shower head had mind of its own ! Akash understanding . Sadly wife v rude, sorry to say.

The location is excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. Free parking was a great bonus, and the hotel offers good value for money. It’s a friendly, family-run business that makes you feel right at home. We really appreciated the warm hospitality, enjoyed the nice pool, and found the owner’s suggestions for the tour to Tenby very helpful!

The room was clean, big, and comfy. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. It's a short walk from the town centre, but it's up a very steep hill, which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, would recommend!

First time to area for our 10th anniversary break. Excellent value and friendly family run hotel.. Saundersfoot is lovely and a great base to travel out to Tenby only a few miles away, Beaches nearby Swimming pool perfect temp .. 5 Stars .

Awful service when I checked in, no warm welcome (no welcome at all), just handed the room key without any instructions on where my room was or offer to help me with my three bags up two flights of stairs! No information about where anything was or what was available at the property. My room was up two step sets of stairs, no idea if there was a lift. Very basic but clean and comfortable room, nice view and good wifi. Very good location just off the coast path and about 200m up from the town. Can’t say anything else about the property as I felt too uncomfortable to wander around and I stayed in my room.

Room was larger than usual for a single room and the fridge and tv were very useful additions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so don't expect Travelodge or Premier Inn. Hotel itself had a lot of character, almost South of France rather than South of Wales, and at times it felt like being back in the 1970s, in a good way.

Stayed here for 3 nights. I honestly can't say anything too bad about Malin house hotel. The room was clean,tidy and smelt fresh. The furnishings are fairly basic but everything you need is there including a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The shower room /toilet was clean and fresh. My only disappointment was that the matress on the bed was a little worn and springy. Also the grounds outside are beginning to look a little tired and could do with cleaning up and referbishing a bit. Overall it was a pleasant stay and represents excellent value for money.
