Absolutely loved my stay here. I slept for 9 hours and very comfortably. I’m someone who wakes up every 30 minutes but I got an incredible rest at this hotel. The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic, the staff super friendly, shout out to Kimberly, and the room was very clean. I will definitely be back.

Great stay, but some areas of property need renovation. (Bathroom was quite small and could use more storage space) Also parking areas around back of hotel could have better lighting at night. Staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Good central location. The room was kept very clean. Other than the bathroom, the rest of the room was fairly spacious and had lots of storage for clothing etc.

Staff was fabulous. Hotel is definitely need of some upgrades. Fridge in our family sweet with a "kitchenette" was only knee high! Hot tub and waterfall pool were out of commission when we were there (July 2026). After talking to some locals we found out they had been closed for 18+ mths. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to enjoying these amenities! It would be nice if they told us they weren't available! Definitely over priced for the condition of things.

Staff was very friendly, decent bar/restaurant with decent food. The hotel is very run down, deferred maintenance everywhere. Our family suite was big and a nice layout. The water pressure was very poor, the water temp was scalding, the beds were super soft (in a bad way). The location itself was a little sketchy. You can tell at one time the hotel was really nice. Now, it probably needs a 100k in work because of deferred maintenance and updates needed.
