This was the best stay experience in our entire week long northern tour. You get a pool, sauna, well managed lawn for children to walk around. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Front desk was super helpful to accommodate our very late night check in. Overall a highly comfortable stay for a family with children.

What a hidden gem. It is the first motel as you arrive in town and it is exactly what we were hoping for. The original motel sign greets you are you arrive and there are lovely flower boxes in front of each room encircled with white picket fences. The owner was super friendly and offered us a map and book about the area and the room was fantastic. Super clean and niceky decorated to feel warm and inviting. They have an indoor pool and sauna too! We will definitely be back

The room was very good, considering everything. It wasn't huge or new, but it was clean, the beds were great, there was plenty of hot water, the wifi was terrific. I feel bad that we didn't bring swimsuits - the pool looked pretty nice. The location was terrific and really bad at the same time. For getting there from the main road, it was terrific. For walking anywhere, it wasn't great. It's a bit of an industrial area. But nearby, within walking distance, were two places we wanted to walk to - a restaurant with great pizzas and the trading post.

The staff were wonderful and the pool is absolutely amazing! Sauna as well was great. Our room unfortunately was not great and smelled bad. It was a pet room though so maybe that’s why. We didn’t feel very comfortable. All our neighbours in their rooms said their room was clean and they were really happy. So maybe it was just our room.
