Property had a great location, modern, clean and very nice lay out. Super close to grocery, pharmacy and so much more. Kids play park directly behind property, makes for a great location if you have kids. Host was super responsive and helpful. We stayed in the upper unit, which was in excellent new condition, very clean, and a beautiful house that met all of our needs. Right outside the backyard is a nice new playground and park area, which is great if you have small children. The only potential downsides to be aware of is that noise does travel quite easily from the basement unit through the vents. We were also disappointed to find out that only the upper unit has control over the house temperature. Although we were able to have the AC on to our comfort level, we were then asked to turn it off to help make the family in the basement more comfortable.
