“My girlfriend is currently using a wheelchair. Unknowingly booked a room that was second floor in a terrible steep winding staircase that was impossible for her to get to. No elevator. “From the outside it looks a little rough. I was concerned when we pulled up. But once you go inside it’s great. The first thing we noticed was how clean our suite was. It has everything you need. 2 bedrooms and a couple fold-flat couch’s. There was only 4 of us so each couple got a bedroom. It’s in a super convenient area. “The place is dirty, smells of dog, dog urine and stale cigarettes. The dogs are beautiful I will say that. Men sit in their cars all hours of the night in the parking lot. Which makes it feels very unsafe. There are holes in the walls (behind our toilet and fridge) leading to the units next door. The bathroom walls had either blood or fecal matter not sure which. The kitchen sink faucet was wrapped in duct tape. No security latch or chain in 1 of our rooms.”
