“This hotel was really great and really had everything you needed for your stay. I loved the storage space and seating area in my room”

“We lost our train and could not check in before 6pm, they allowed us to check in late it was amazing. But I believe they need to comunicate that the place where they want u to check-in at is almost 40 min walking from the property. Also, there were no buses so we had to walk all the way to the train station with our suitcases. Besides the transportation issue, it was super clean and beautiful.”

“The cleaning and the space ”

“Departamento moderno y espacioso en una buena zona, con varios restaurantes cerca. Estación del metro a 400 m. Sólo complica un poco que no haya personal en Recepción después de las 17 hs, y que las instrucciones para ingresar (QR) al checkin lleguen por correo únicamente en idioma alemán (ayudaría que llegue escrito también en inglés)”

“The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. ”
